For over twenty years, I thrived in a successful sales career—but deep down, I felt disconnected and unfulfilled. Despite the paycheck, stress, and anxiety weighed heavily on me, and I found myself bringing that tension into my home.
At the same time, my teenage daughter was navigating a world filled with overwhelming pressures—academic expectations, social challenges, and the uncertainty of her future. Watching her struggle inspired me to seek a deeper understanding of stress, anxiety, and happiness.
I knew there had to be a better way—not just for her, but for families everywhere. That’s when I made a life-changing decision to leave my corporate job and pursue my passion: helping families heal, grow, and thrive.
As I trained as a Life Coach, I discovered the powerful role of limiting beliefs—those quiet doubts that hold us back from reaching our true potential. To overcome this, I embraced clinical hypnosis, a remarkable tool to access the subconscious mind and silence the “I can’t” voice inside.
Today, through Family Harmony Coaching and Hypnosis, I combine coaching and hypnotherapy to empower individuals and families to break free from fear, rebuild connection, and live the joyful, purposeful lives they deserve.
