Hypnosis
Life can be hard. Each day we get up with the hope that it is going to be a great day. A day where we are happy, healthy and fulfilling our best life, but, the day doesn’t always turn out this way. Sometimes it feels like we have no control over our day at all. It is the classic story of the little Angel and the little Devil sitting on your shoulder and each is telling you what to do. That little Devil is often your subconscious mind telling you what you want. Maybe it tells you that a treat, a cigarette or a drink might make you feel better. Perhaps when you wake up it is preparing you, telling you that it is going to be a bad day, so, you may as well not even try. Even worse that little devil can be telling you that you aren’t good enough, not pretty enough, not handsome enough, not smart enough. Maybe it is telling you that you will only be safe if you stay inside and hide yourself away from other people. In life, we need to find a way to quiet the little devil. A way to change the way we think and the story we tell ourselves. Through hypnosis we can find a way to get rid of that little devil, or, maybe just put some tape over his/her mouth. We can work together to change the way you cope with things, change those bad habits to good ones and change the way that you think about yourself.
